Since this tablet is given for Blood Pressure. You should take this tablet under supervision of your doctor and monitor the blood pressure levels. Variation in BP, High and Low, at times side effect of this tablet more so Losartan or any other unrelated cause may be giving dizziness. Your doctor can always change the tablet. Over weight in your case may also be considered. Consult him.

Hi, please check your blood pressure. Your dizziness can be due to low bp which do happen at times with the ant-hypertensives.
