Dear parents, agar aapke bacche ko 2 week se abdominal pain continuous ho rhaa hai aur abhi 4 din se vomiting bhi shuru hui hai and davai se farak nhi pad rha hai. To pehle ye batao ki bacche ko fever aa rha hai ki nahi. Agar hai to intestinal infection ho skta hai. Agar constipation hai to ku6 intestinal obstruction bhi ho skta hai. To ek pet ki sonography karvani chahiye wo rule out karne keliye. Vomiting greenish ho rhi hai ki normal khane ki chij nikal rahi hai wo bhi important clue hai. To thoda detail me case dekhne se hi ku6 better result mil skte hai. So, kindly consult a pediatrician for better management.
