My penis top skin has cuts. When I try to elaborate the top it pains. The skin is tight. Thought it gets opened. But I am uncomfortable when it opens. Also there s a cream color solid fluid that is present when I wake up in the morning.in medical language it is termed as spagma. I am really worried and afraid. On consulting with a doctor, he mentions that you are prediabetes. So it can be a cause of it. I wish my penis too skin gets smooth.
