My mvr was done one year back and my inr range Dr. has suggested is 2.5 to 3.5. I am on acitrom 5 mg every day. My inr is very unstable. I want to know that if different brand of acitrom also impact on your inr. It means if I am taking x brand of acitrom and after some months started taking y brand acitrom of same mg, it impact on inr?

No it doesn't matter which brand medicine you choose. You have been operated for mitral valve replacement for which you are taking an anticoagulant (noac or novel oral anticoagulant, so it requires dose adjustments from time to time. Because if it goes above 3.5 you'll be having high chances of internal or traumatic bleeding. If it goes low you'll be having increased chances of clot formation in the blood. I would like to see your recent and old inr values so I could suggest you change (increase or decrease) in dosage.
