Been having a feeling of sth stuck in my throat and tightness in the throat for a month. There is no pain and I don?t have difficulty swallowing. I only feel sth stuck in my throat when I swallow saliva. Just recently, I noticed my tonsils are larger. Please, what do you think is happening to me?
