She is hiv+ and taking anti retroviral therapy for past 4 years. She is taking tenofovir, lamvudine combination. Previously took stavudine, lamvudine. Now due to lipodystrophy buffalo hump over neck is visible restrictingher neck movements. Please suggest solution.
