I got a single tetanus shot 6 months ago and I am not given full course of vaccination before. Do I need it again in case of deep wound?

Yes. You need full course if you have not previously ever gotten full course. If you have taken full course and last booster shot was 6 months ago then you don't need vaccinated. Although there is no contradiction if you still want a booster.
