I am 24 years old male, I had protected vaginal sex with someone of unknown status, I am not sure about the condom if it was broken or not. I was advice to get on pep and I started taking spegra after 20 hrs, can you please confirm if this is the best medicine for maximum effectiveness or are there any better options.
