I have been feeling shortness of breath though my oxygen level is 99. Would like to know why I feel this? What would be the good treatment to overcome permanently.

Spo2 is not an accurate representation of blood o2 levels. Get hemoglobin and abg done for pao2 which is more accurate. Do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.
