Hi, my baby's gestational age is 8 weeks but still there is no heart beat detected in tvs ultrasound. I am taking maintane 500 mg injection from last 3 weeks and lupihope 10 mg and good morn plus tablet from last 3 weeks as per doctor advice. Yesterday on 3/7/2023 after ultrasound doctor suggest me to wait another 1 weeks or else I have to go for abortion. Is there any way to bring the heart beat?

Hello welcome, usually heart beat will come up to 6 weeks but some miracle will happen, so your doctor suggested you to wait for 1 week more. Continue treatment and repeat tvs after 1 weeks. Hope the best.

Usually after 8weeks heartbeat should be there wait for 1week if feral heart fails to appear go for abortion bec unhealthy pregnancy will have such issues
