We had a sex on 27th june 23 (2-3 am) without a condom and on 29th june 23 (4-5 pm) took contraceptives pill (ipill) after which on the same day she was feeling little weakness and having a headache & dizziness. But it become normal in next 1-2 days. Then on 5th july 23 (1-2 am) 6 days after of taking a pill she had her periods which was the same date she had on last months so we were expecting it on 5th july only and she had her periods. Then on 14th july we had a sex again without a condom (4 am) and then on the same day 14th july (9 am) she took the contraceptive pill (ipill). Now she is having little weakness and fatigue, dizziness and little breathing problem while walking. 1. Is it safe to take the emergency contraceptive pill (i-pill) multiple times within a short period, as we have taken it twice within 15 days? 2. Are symptoms like weakness, fatigue, dizziness, and difficulty breathing normal after taking the emergency contraceptive pill (i-pill), or should we be concerned? 3. What are the potential risks or complications associated with taking the emergency contraceptive pill multiple times in a short period? 4. What are the available methods to test for pregnancy and take timely measures to prevent it? 5. What steps can be taken to manage the side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill and improve overall well-being?

We should not use unwanted 72 repeatedly. Better use safe unsafe period, withdrawal coitus or protected intercourse. Side effects can be prevented if she take tab. Stemetil md one hour before unwanted 72.
