Hello doctor, I am suffering from a sleeping problem. So much sleepiness in my eyes, foul breathing from my mouth, so much gas in my stomach, severe headache, navel displacement issue, taking vitamin d & b12 as per recommendation. Skin tag at anal region. But still not well. What could be the reason.
