Hi If you are� having a sinus� problems for� long we have to rule out Allergic� Rhinitis and sinusitis. Get a CT PNS done. Or if you have one� done share the CT . Long term lifestyle� changes with gradually tapering medication� helps to tackle chronic sinus problems. Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic sinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics� together� with Nasal sprays . *You will need to avoid dusty environment� and dust mites, animal dander etc. Medical� management� is done for 3 months and then patients� condition is reviewed. Intermittent treatment is not beneficial� in the long run. In early polyp steroid nasal sprays work well.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis along with your nasal polyp problem. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day. You will need to use a steroid nasal spray to control the size of your polyps.
