Hello I am a ca. When I was in 3rd standard, I used to have saridon tablets for headache. After growing elder when I was in 10th standard ,saridon did not work for me and consulted a doctor who has suggested me naxdom 250 mg. After my intermediate, naxdom 250 mg did not work for me and I have started using naxdom 500 mg. Now I am 21 years old and naxdom 500 mg is also not working for me .just getting a temporary relief for a week and again I am suffering from the same headache. I am also facing a lot of hair fall due to consuming more medicines. Please suggest something.

Get bp and eye sight checked, x ray pns, thyroid hormones t3 t4 tsh 1.sleep.go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax ? listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. The headache can be due to various reasons depending on the location and nature. If you have nose block or frequent running nose etc. Then you should do an xray of paranasal sinuses and consult an ent specialist. Thank you.
