Since a month I am feeling a bit pain and tension or stretch in my testicles after masturbation even though I don't do it regularly nor aggressively. Sometimes my penis also hurts after it and I have to lie down to get relief. The pain is there for some hours and then it gets fine. Some sought of irritation is also there in the penis after masturbation.
