I have gone through your query. Slight curvature of penis is acceptable as normal. But if there is band like formation or more curvature or associated pain then peyronie disease should be ruled out. Cause of this can be due to genetic predisposition, excess alcohol intake can be a reason also. There are various stretching devices for applying to straighten the penis.
