First and foremost, there is nothing as memory loss that's happening to you- its just that you are studying things at a more advanced level now and you will have to review your study skills and techniques. You need to understand what you study - do not try to cram. Writing and practicising is very important. Do not get swayed by people's claims that you can score even without studying in college- you have to be regular in your class attendance and self study for better understanding and retention. Check some of your daily habits- wake up in time for the class, have a healthy breakfast every morning - so that you have the energy for concentration in class. Have lots of water and natural fluids -avoid aerated drinks. Have fresh fruits and salads as much as possible - they give you instant energy, are easily digestable and keep you alert. Maintain a notebook where you write about what you did and what you wish to do n the entire day. Have a good sleep for 6-8 hours for relaxation and better focus, alertness and concentration.
