Aunt had infection in small intestine. In july we admitted her in medanta approx 40 days. They cut infected area and now she has 2 stomo on their belly. In september she back to home. She drink approx 2.5 -3 litre water but urinate only 70-100 ml all water came from stoma, liquid is more than solid sometimes only pure water came. Near 1-2 days her bp (blood pressure) consistently falling down (sys 90 and dia 50), we gave her salt water but after sometimes again bp falling she feeling cold and dizziness and darkness in eyes what we should do?
