I have a gurgling feeling (bubbling sensation) in my chest and abdomen from past 3 days yesterday I am some junk and oily food so I got gastritis problem. I also have left hand and shoulder pain from past 5 days which goes on and off. 25 days ago I got an ecg and 2d echo which was normal. I only get this bubbling sensation on my left chest without any pain. Is this problem due to gas or heart issue? Please let me know.

Since your ecg and echo are normal, it is less likely that it is due to heart. This may be due to gastritis. Take smaller meals. Avoid fatty food. Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Exercise at least 150 mins a week. Observe whether there is improvement in 15 days.
