Im a diabetic since 12 years but now my stomach very upset same time oily motion and n gastric problem also I am using glycolate gp2 pioglitazone25 mg per day 1 tab. But sir mere talwe mei jalan ho rahi hai aur stomach bhi tik nahi rah raha hai fasting sugar 160 n post meal200 se cam nahin ho rahi hai kindly suggest any changes of regular medicine please.
