I'm 28 years old I have 5 cm simple paraovarian cyst on left side adnexa was referred to take triquilar for 3 months will it be cured and when can I try for my pregnancy.

Oral contraceptive pills like triquilar should help in reduction of size as cyst is large, but it may or may not resolve completely. Take the tablet for 3 cycles and then get a repeat ultrasound done. If it has resolved by then, you can plan for pregnancy after 3 months.
