Above left testicles and below epididymis there is a small hard round painless lump (it feels like lump is in skin of epididymis and testicle that attached with testicle) and a dull pain in left testicles along with pain in left side lower back that comes and go with testicle pain. Is it serious?

Hello- a testicular lump can be a symptom of other medical conditions, most of which aren't serious. Most scrotal masses are benign (not cancerous). However, some testicle lumps can affect fertility. In some cases, they can even be a sign of a serious condition, such as testicular cancer.
