in places wher heavy cold this is common phenomenon. circulation increased due to dilatation of blood vessels so serum comes out. that's why fingers r red, swollen, in some cases they bleed. home remedy locally apply luckwarm mustered oil with salt n wear a cotton hand gloves in night. use of hot water bottle or gel beg is also beneficial.
