I am 20 year old female. For the past 4-5 years, I have been having a problem of getting cold and cough immediately after having certain foodstuffs like curd, ripe banana, tomatoes, or ghee topped food. Earlier this was not a big concern for me as the cold, cough used to subside on its own later. However during this winter (jan 2024) I have been recurrently getting sneezing by just having the room temperature water (which also turns turns cold due to the weather). After some days it gets converted into a bad cough. I have two tablets of khadiradi gutika which has helped cure cough but still I have runny nose. Please advise.
