I am a 23 year old female and I had a medically induced pregnancy termination last year on november 21st 2023. It is almost 2 months now and I have not seen my period yet but I have a white milky cream like discharge with no foul smell. I have had lower back and lower abdominal pain though it lasted like 3 days last week and it goes away with pain killers. Should I be worried and what could be the problem. Also I do feel as though my vagina is dry but I still do get the milky white cream like vaginal discharge and some lower abdominal pain which is mild. Should I be worried too?
