I am 37 years old with diabetes. I had back pain so consulted ortho n neuro doc they told not to worry and do exercises. But where I bend forward a sound comes off from lower back I am really and uncomfortable pls let me know am really worried j scared.

Hi lybrate user ,The fluid in your joints comprises a gel substance and gas, including oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. If you compress your joint and move close to the end of your range, there is often enough pressure to release this gas, resulting in a popping sound. Bones rubbing against each other will make a grinding sound. thanks and regards
