In 24th week the bile acid and sgpt sgot got controlled but now in 29 th weeks the values have again increased, sgot-95 sgot- 220 and alp - 190. The doctors have suggested weekly monitoring of bile acid and have suggested to go for early delivery. What should be wo do as a an informed and mature approach.
