Usermy father aged 64, has a medical history of bipolar disorder since past 5 years, he is on continuous medication and his condition is also improved. For last 1 year he is also on medication for high bp and also experiencing constipation .since last 1 week his constipation has become severe bp is rising and most importantly he is going through memory lost and also not responding much to conversations. What could be the reason for this?

High bp may lead to kidney issues. Please check blood sugar, kidney function test and serum electrolytes and consult a physician in person asap. Meanwhile increase intake of fruits and vegetables to reduce constipation.
