Septoplasty clears the deviated piece of bone or cartilage in the nose which causes nasal blockage. It gives you an airway to breathe. Allergic symptoms are your response to things that irritate your airway. With septoplasty your allergy does not go but you are relieved of nasal blockage, headache n due to a better airway your sinuses open up.
