Hi sir my wife is pregnant have second trimester (17 week) she is suffering from lower back pain can I give calicijoint cap. One cap. D3 Contain 60000 lU but calcium has not this cap.

Hi Mr Arun, first check for vitamins D3levels to decide dose of the vitD3 Meanwhile ask her to start back strengthening exercises. Please take diet rich in calcium such as milk and milk products. Also take iron and calcium.
