I am 26 years old female and have Wegener's granulomatosis. Treatment is going on for last 1.5 years. I am taking medicines: omnacortil, folitrax, folfit. What are the chances to cure the disease?

There are good treatments available for wegener's granulomatosis. You have to continue prednisolone with methotrexate after consulting physician. With medicines complications of wegener's granulomatosis can be prevented but it is difficult to cure it permanently. Chances of relapse are common.
