My fasting sugar is between 101 to110 and after b/f its 225 and a/f lunch its 172. Can you guide me about my diet? What should I eat or not? Thanks.

Hi you can do regular exercise/walking for atleast 45 minutes daily and while doing that keep sugar tablets/chocolates handy. If low sugars and feel dizzy you can have it. You can have cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber and green leafy vegetables. Avoid junk foods and high calorie food and soft drinks.
