My child is 2 and half years old. He has a small left kidney. Due to the urine reflex in left kidney it is only 7% functional. Right kidney is completely functional but enlarged in size. Pls suggest if we can save the left kidney. And what should we do further?

I think there is no point in doing invasive things saving a already damaged kidney. What needs to be done at this time is to save the better kidney from getting damaged. Keep the child under the strict follow up of pediatric nephrologist.
