I do not want to go for sinus operation. Can I use otrivin nasal drop whole life because in night I need it to have a sound sleep.

U should not use otrivin nasal drops bcz on long term use causes side effect in form of rebound phenomenon called rhinitis medicamentosa that means persistent nasal block for which it is used. Instead of that use flomist nasal spray twice a day for 2 weeks and steam inhalation also twice a day.
