Hi, I 32 years old. I have relocated from Delhi to Pune. After coming here, my hair fall has increased a lot. Whenever I comb my hair, there is a small bunch coming out. I tried to change my hair oil but no results. Please suggest some thing to avoid it.

Hi lybrate user Sometimes changing the cities changes the water too which does not suit the hair. Try washing your hair only with drinking water or if yhis is not possible them use drinking water for the last wash when you shampoo. Also increase the protein intake in your diet like pulses,sprouts,soya, egg whites etc. If it still continues then consult for homoeopathic treatment. Takecare
