I take crocin Everytime bt it's not my prbm solution bcs one time I take tablet than its repeat that day. I really tired. I wanna know why this migraine occurred. Crocin is not harmful but it should be kept to a minimum. Since when are you having migraine? Get a eye test done and I hope you are taking a proper diet. Sometimes migraine gets triggered by simple things like some food item, watching TV in an uncomfortable position, seeing too much of TV and videos etc. If you can contact me, perhaps I shall be able to help you more.

Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy but do not take an overdose. Migraine occurs due to swelling of blood vessels .Best way to prevent migraine is to avoid it's trigger factors like lack of sleep, delayed meals. Too much tea or coffee, chocolates,etc. Take regular meals, drink plenty of water. Do moderate exercise. Hope it helps .take care.
