My first abortion left me with cysts and fibrous substance on both my ovaries and my uterus became small, what should I do. Pls suggest me something immediately.

If regular cycles have started and you are not facing any problems during period days, it is unlikely that cysts in the ovary or small uterus will cause problems in the future. You may do an ultrasound 6 months after the last pregnancy if you are still worried about it. Needless to say, proper contraception will be necessary in order to avoid unwanted pregnancy again.

Hai. Abortion has nothing to do with cyst formation in the ovaries. Its the other way round. You may have polycystic ovaries which could be the cause for delayed conception and early abortion. 
You require a few investigations and management of PCO before trying again. Best widhes.
