Hi, For your tummy first get checked with a surgeon whether you have hernia, umbilical or incisional .If there is a hernia requiring surgery get it done. Meanwhile you have to learn abdominal core muscle strengthening exercises and start doing it which you have to do after the surgery also if you undergo one. Otherwise with exercise alone you can see whether your tummy is going in. But please check with a doctor what is it you are suffering from. RegRding your cycle it is absolutely normal and your tiredness ,back pain are due to other things like taking care of children. Also back pain may be due to your bulging tummy which can alter the curvature of your back and giving pain. E er isle is the best remedy for everything.
