I had my oral biopsy, for leukoplakia and found it to be normal as I had been chewing tobacco for last 10 to 15 yrs. Now I had left chewing it anymore from 7th Sep. 2016. Now I prefer to smoke once a day. Is it ok if I smoke once a day, as it is very hard for me to quit it completely. Due to some personal stress. Kindly advice me on the same.

In 3 months time, your craving for tobacco will come down. i know it is difficult to stop tobacco completely. But with motivation, you can plan smoking alternate days for next week. Chew clove or cinnamon at other times. Plan for the week after: smoking once in 3 days. By December you can quit smoking also fully. You are lucky that your leukoplakia is normal now.
