Few days ago My 2 years 3 month son having cough, cold, fever. After 5 to 6 days treatment, he was alright. But after 4 days last night fever come again. Today we have done lab test for typhoid, malaria, In the report there is typhoid seen. Measurement are as follows, Salmonella typhi O - 1: 160 Salmonella typhi H -- 1: 80 Dr. prescribed for injectable treatment. Is there any Oral solution? Please reply.

you can take oral antibiotics if patient can take oral food, if there is nausea,vomiting like sensation then oral medicines can caise more nausea,vomiting, otherwise you can take with some precautions... avoid oily,spicy food keep fruits in more quantity use daal chawal, jawar roti, liquid diet use warm water for drinking, avoid to drink or eat outside food, keep hand sanitiser with you all time, hand wash before eating & after toilet use is compulsary and must Take proper treatment as Typhoid fever can recurre.... best luck

Some pain is there but bear it for the good of baby. 1give plenty of fluids – water, milk, tea, narial pani, nibu pani, soups with soft diet like dalia, khichri. 2.observe strict personal hygiene. Specially hand washing. 3.Feces and urine must be disposed properly 4.take complete rest – with some activity in between.
