I have a sinus problem. I use to take medrol 16mg tablet with allegra m. Course got finished but I was still taking medrol 16 mg without consultation of the doctor. But over the period of time I got to know that it has steroid. So I stopped taking it immediately. But after I stopped my full body started paining a lot. I am feeling nausia and illness. But it's been a month I have stopped. Now m feeling bit better. But my bones still pains. What should I do. I think it's a effect of stopping intake of steroids.
