Before 2 year I was high blood pressure and that was cross 200 and now alhamdolillah my bp is normal and daily I take medicine since 2 years. That medicine is triolmesar 20. Can you tell me that can I stop my medicine or not?

Blood pressure is a chronic disease. Once you start taking medicines to control it, you cannot stop that. But there are other ways to control the blood pressure such as salt restriction, regular exercises like swimming, yoga, etc. You can also consult a homeopath regarding this, if you want to get rid of regular medications.

You have to continue and maintain lifestyle modifications like exercise for atleast one hour a day, eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol
