Hi. Doctor I have recently found few black spots on the skin of my penis and few white ball shaped spots on the thighs near to the penis. After all its not itching me or there's no pain on it. All of a sudden I noticed it. From the last one month I been using maxman capsule, is that occurring due to it. But in the starting and all I didn't found anything suspicious, so I continued if for a month. Can I please know the reason behind it. Is there anything serious.
