Respected sir/mam, I have gallstones and ultrasound report says tiny calculi of size 2.2 and 2.5 mm, tiny calcification in GB with thickened GB wall with calcification with comet tail artifacts. I have pain only once and no pain at present. Is it necessary to remove GB immediately to avoid porcelainGB and carcinoma? I am male 27 years of age height 5 ft 6 inch and weight 72 kgs.
