My daughter age 11 years attained puberty on 3rd October 2016. But today 23rd October she got her periods again. First time the bleeding was less. But now the 2nd periods bleeding is normal. Could you please tell me whether it is normal to get periods so soon again or should I consult any gynaecologist.

If it lasts for more than four days than we should meet a gynaecologist or else wait for next period to come and than decide accordingly.

In starting months it is common to have irregular periods .if these are not excessive and not interfering with health then wait for 6 months to one year. This will become regular. If still irregular then see a doctor.
