Pseudo tumor may cause Glaucoma. Since you r diagnosed to have glaucoma you have to put d medicine regularly. Don't neglect. Do periodic check up of eye pressure regularly. U have to be serious.

Pseudotumor cerebri is a condition in which the pressure around your brain increases, causing headaches and vision problems. The name means ?false brain tumor? because its symptoms are similar to those caused by brain tumors. It?s also known as idiopathic intracranial hypertension. This condition is treatable, but it can return in some cases.

I think on clinical evaluation the appearance of your optic nerve was not healthy. Which lead to a series of investigations. Glaucoma is a group of disorders which results in damage to retinal nerve fibres and presents changes in the optic nerve - classically described as thinning of neuro retinal rim. To confirm this, an OCT and a visual field analysis is done. The IOP or eye pressure is one factor that is closely monitored. From your question I am assuming your field report was suspicious of a neurological cause and an MRI was ordered which showed a tumour. A tumour usually grows and compresses and damages part of the visual pathway which damages the optic nerve and affects vision. 'sedo' tumour is likely a typo. Got no result on this tumour on pubmed. Feel free for any further clarification.
