I was pregnant and I carried an abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol on September 29th. I was 6 weeks pregnant when I did my abortion. I got my first period after abortion on October 25th. It's heavy than the usual periods. My doubt is how many days will this last. And secondly I want to know will my second period be normal or will it be delayed If delayed, how long. I have a son. He is 2 years I feed him only at nights.

Since this is the first period after abortion, it might last a little longer than your usual flow dates. Since all thickened lining of uterine cavity that has not been cast off during abortion process has to come out now in order to resume normal flow pattern later on. Second period should be normal. However it can be delayed by a couple of days or so. Nothing much to bother in that.

Agreed pl do not feed your son at 2 years of age! neither you nor he are benefited you will have irregularcycles and he will distirt is teeth and he does not get relevant nutrition.
