Do daily massage over mustache with medicated oil, Take proper diet, stress free life, keep cows ghee in regular diet, take milk & milk products daily, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, calcium & protein rich food, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods,chilled water, oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods,food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks, preserved food,canned food avoid excessive use of shampoo,hair conditioners, avoid tobacco,smoking,alcohol etc.if any of these addiction...
