I am having continuous beep sound in both the ears from last 2 days I went to a party and I stood near a loud speaker for several minutes and when I came back home I felt this beep sound I searched on google the symptoms shows of tinnitus so what should I do now I am a UPSC aspirant and I can not concentrate on my studies with this.

Tinnitus can be because of many causes like small perforation in the ear, sensorineural hearing loss, eustachian tube blockage etc. Since you donot have any other symptoms like decreased hearing you can use TABLET BILOVAS 40 mg one tablet in the morning for 20 days. Avoid loud sounds and donot let water enter your ears. Use vaselin coated cotton as plugs to protect your ears from water entry while taking bath. Avoid headphones, bluetooth, loud TV or music players. If symptoms persist after 20 days too, consult a nearby Ent consultant for thorough ear examination. You might require audiometry if symptoms persist.
