Indian youth is addicted to masturbation without knowing its side effects. Masturbation affect the sperm holding power of the penis and semen leaks out without stimulation. It's a starting symptom and will definitely cause Erectile dysfunction in future.

The prostate gland is situated at the neck of the urinary bladder. The semen is composed of sperms that are made in testes and prostatic fluid that is made in the prostate gland. It is not unusual to occasionally get some mucus discharge (coming from prostate) at the end of urination. The secretion you friend is talking about is transparent, sticky type. In lay mans language it is called DHAT. It is prostatic and cooper gland secretions which is normally present in urethra to keep it patent so that urine could easily pass thru it without any obstruction. Dear Lybrate user. Semen seeping through penis after urination is common and it is not a problem at all. This is a natural body procedure whereby your body tries to evacuate the stored semen. Semen is produced within your body whenever you are sexually (even slightly) excited and is stored within your body. Now this stored semen is a waste product that your body wants to throw out. This is a natural process and you don't have any control over it. I also assure you that this is never unhealthy. Take care.
